| Subs annual spectacular - Suburban Bourbon night has come around again. Keep the 29th May free in your diary for a night of entertainment. Theme for the night will be cowboys and indians. We've already heard some interesting/suss costume ideas, so make sure your down at the club in all your glory. | LADIES DAY ON THE GREEN | ||||||
| The inaugrual LADIES DAY ON THE FIELD happens this Saturday 17 July 2010. The Social Committee is providing a Bouncy Castle for the kids (and adults who are kids at heart) to play in while the LADIES play their games. BOUNCY CASTLE ARRIVES AT 1.30 and is at Tregonning Fields until 5.30. We will also have honey joys, drinks and sausages for the kids. |

| Subs Year End Ball | ||||||
| G'day and welcome to the annual Subs Year End Ball!! This year is shapping to be as big as ever. After the sucess of previous years we have returned to the Novotel for another great evening. Guests will be welcomed with champagne on arrival, follow by a three course meal and a LIVE BAND to give the dance floor a work out. There will also be the usual year end presentations, but dont worry the staff at the Novotel will have your glasses full the whole way through! 6pm start. Door Prize = A night at the Novotell!! | Moving slower? | ||||||
| Come along to Suburban's pre season fitness sessions and get back into shape. They are on Monday and Wednesday nights starting at 6.30pm. Monday's sessions are at the Shenton Turf and the Wednesday seesions are at the club. The sessions are professionally run and are open to all club members. | ||||||

| 2011 Hockey Season - Heart Starters | ||||||
| To present the Club at its best for the Juniors Registration Day (19/02/11), a Busy Bee will be held at the clubrooms on SATURDAY 12 FEBRUARY, starting at 08:00. Just like in those floods, turn up with gloves, shoes, sunscreen and tools for doing clean-up, painting, gardening, carpentry, food/drink support or whatever. A list of needs will be put in next week, and contacts for you to link up with. We will try to make it fun and a good way to get into the year. KEEP THE DATE FREE |

| Subs Club Registration Day | ||||||
| Come along to the Subs Registration Day. Open to young and old the day is an opportunity for juniors, seniors, grass and turf players to come down to the club and register and pay for the season. There will be activities and games for the juniors, club kit and merchandise for sale plus a sizzling barbie and the bar will be open! So come down and see some familar faces, welcome some new ones and enjoy the afternoon. Please note that every Subs player must register each year. Make sure you register so you're eligible to take the field this season. See you there! |

| Family Day - Under Lights! | ||||||
| The club is hosting six grass games this Saturday (30 April), including two games under the new lights. Bouncy castle and farmyard animals for the kids, cold drink, tucker and sensational hockey for all. Bring your extended family and mates for a great afternoon. Expect some surprises! | ||||||

| Suburban Bourbon | ||||||
| It's that time of year again. Suburban Bourbon night is drawing near (Saturday 28/5/11) and is shaping up to be bigger and better than those before! Lock it in and round up your friends. The theme is Fluoro/Black light, so raid your extravagant dress up wardrobe and embrace your inner raver, for the one night a year that glow sticks, glitter and fluorescent attire is acceptable! DJ JS will be providing you with exquisite beats from the decks, and $10 will get you entry, hot beef rolls and an array of goodies to ensure you keep up your energy levels to see the night through. There will of course be plenty of bourbons for sale as well as a selection of cocktails, beer and wine. So Subbies lads and ladies, lets get together and make this a night to remember! |
