Subs has arranged player and public liability insurance for members and supporters. The key details of the insurance, and addresses for claims and claim forms, can be found in the Player Insurance Key Features documents, Insurance Schedules and Sports Injuries.  2011 policy will be arranged in March, and details will be updated when they are to hand.  Further detail can be found at the HockeyWA insurance site
