Mens State squad training 2008

I hope it has been a fantastic Xmas break 2007. With Hockey In mind its my pleasure to confirm that Subs pre season Training starts on Tuesday the 8th January, details below:

• Tues 8th January 6.30pm Tregonning Field
• Thur 10th January 6.30pm Tregonning Field

Then Tuesday and Thursday until further notice. (Venue’s to be advised).

And the further good news is that we have Chris Dormant working with us this year for at least the full pre season. Chris also works with West Perth WAFL and Western Force Rugby. Chris brings us much needed expertise in areas of core fitness that I believe will benefit us all this year. He will add some great variety and focus to our pre–season. I'm sure your all going to find it enjoyable. There have been other pre seasons initiatives that will be detailed later, but they include:

• Video Analysis Software
• We have access to our own Screen Printer
• Incentives for introducing new players

Ladies Training

We are close to confirming a New 1st grade ladies coach (rumour has it there has been one of our mens team promoted - to be confirmed for those that can guess...oh and its not 1B). Ladies Training Times to follow ...
